Here's some current ramblings about selling this site (things change):

One person did all of this. This is why you've probably never heard of it.

For $2 million, you can have all of this:

- The domain name Toolsformoney.com.

So immediately, all of this free traffic is yours to do anything you want with. Just this alone is probably worth the price!

- All of the relevant files with all passwords, directions, and everything there is

- All of the software with passwords and everything, except the Models and/or Mutual Fund Picks, and services that I perform (including Mr. Market Timer).

- The customer and e-mail databases.

- Access to all of Google and Bing's Webmaster and ad stuff, e-mail addresses, and all of the usual mundane web stuff.

- Then I'll be available via e-mail and phone to help you for one-year for free. After one-year, then it's $100 per hour.

For $3 million, you can have all of this:

- Everything listed above, plus:

- You'd be the only "customer" receiving monthly updates for the Models and Mutual Fund Picks.

So I'm still going to update everything until I croak, even if I only do it for my own money (because it's an ego thing to have the system that makes more money long-term than anything else anyone has ever invented).

But with this deal you'd be the only one getting the updates. If not, then you'd have to buy them like just anyone can from another site I'd be making.

- Then I'll sign a permanent non-compete agreement, when it comes to generic financial plan, personal finance, and investment software (but not the Models and/or Mutual Fund Picks).

__________________________

If you're buying the site for any other reason than to sell financial software and services, like just making me go away or using the domain name for some other kind of traffic - that's fine with me. I don't care if the site is a dead domain and/or the money comes from the devil himself, all I care about is SHOW ME DA MONEY, and I will go away!

But, the best thing to do is to get a team of seasoned professionals together and then take this over. You'd need four to five people to take T4$ as far as it can go, and have good chances of seeing a relatively quick doubling of your initial investment:

- You'll need an overall fearless leader / manager / boss. The best fit would be an Ibbotson, Wilson, Morrow, or Phillips personality-type at the helm. They'd be out being the public face, giving speeches, going to conferences, setting up software vendor booths at FPA-like events, writing articles, and the usual high-level "schmoozing" (in other words, everything that I don't do.

- Then you'll need a generic assistant that everyone can download tasks too, answer the phone, provide generic customer service, etc.

- Then obviously, you'll need someone with a huge brain to actually understand / manage / maintain / update / fix / and grow the software - answer technical questions about the software, and provide the needed customer support.

- Then you'll need a marketing person that does nothing full-time but schmooze, make the usual deals (e.g., we'll give you a million percent off and tons of personal under the table kickbacks  if your BD only approves of our software), run the SEO organizations and advertising campaigns (which I do not do at all other less than $100 a month in generic ads).

This is the only reason why the top five vendors (in order) on the review page are so popular. It's NOT because their software is so cool. It's only because they have very expensive seasoned people on the full-time payroll that do nothing but go out and actually peddle it in person (usually to Broker Dealers).

- Then if you choose the $3M route, then you'll need an investment person to run that side of it too.

So with all of these people, you'll be able to duplicate the MoneyGuidePro marketing / integration / cloud model; and then you could take so much market share away from them all, that they'd all basically be constantly in the state of the walking dead (like NaviPlan and Profiles have basically been since the 21st century).

One of the reasons for this is that you can sell to consumers and investors too.

You could be the industry leader in a decade, just because of how badly the competition sucks when it comes to having the right tools to do the jobs advisors and investors Need done for their money.

Then you could see several times your original investment in a few years. If you liked it, then this would be your cash cow, and if not, then sell at a profit.

If you don't get how this is one of the best opportunities ever, then you are in the wrong biz, hahaha!

That's the extent of my marketing and ad campaigns - $100 a month spent, but lots of whining, poking, and kidding around. So you could double its value just by getting rid of me - really, I suuuuuuuck that badly, am by far the #1 problem with this business, and everyone knows it hahaha!

But like they say in Hollywood, "Any publicity is good good publicity." It's the "bad publicity" the site gets from dispensing way too much reality, that gets the traffic.

So if the top dozen firms I whine about were all to pony up as little as $150k each, then y'all can permanently get rid of this whole site forever.

You'll permanently get rid of me too, as other than my drumming, nobody will ever see, hear, or read about me or read anything I write ever again that's for sure (because I won't be writing anything about anything anymore)!

Y'all (e.g., BDs, the competition, American Funds, hedge funds, and the life insurance industry) and have been losing a bazillion times this much over the last decade because of just me.

Just think about how many people didn't buy life insurance company products, 401ks, 529 plans, and/or deal with Black Hat advisors, or buy ETFs or hedge funds, didn't buy crap financial software and optimizers in the clouds because of the reviews, or this that and the other that I rant about.

Y'all have been losing BILLIONS in business you otherwise would have had if this site didn't exist. So buying the site is one of the best deals ever from that point of view.

Then last but never least, all you'll need is for the market to keep slowly going up, and the economy to keep slowly improving, and then hope the government stops screwing things up, and then income will just magically double, triple, quadruple, and so forth on its own without having to do anything - when dozens of thousands of advisors that gave it all up come back into the business, and people start investment again.

Gross income went down 90% because of the meltdown. So with just a little irrational exuberance, you could double your money in no time without having to do much of anything at all. Always remember the #1 motto of Wall Street - buy LOW and sell high.

This as as low as it gets with financial software - other than the meltdown ('08 to '10). Ask any vendor how they're doing, and you'll see not one is prospering - most all have been barely surviving and operating with a skeleton crew for over a decade. This is as bad as it gets, but just now finally slowly recovering.

So this is as close to the bottom as this fish will get - so if you're bottom fishing, NOW is the time! Just like bonds have nowhere to go but down since the meltdown forced interest rates to zero, most everything in the financial sector has nowhere to go but up after the devastation of the meltdown. Income has already magically increased by 35% without doing anything at all since the DJIA crossed 15000.

With a constant stream of good economic reports and the DJIA over 16000, people are just now starting to sense hope instead of futility, so they're waking up out of their brain dead coma and getting back to work more and more daily.

So all it takes is for that to keep up for a year, without the government screwing anything up, and you could sell out at a huge profit in no time.

That's about it, WAKE UP!

Kidding, now go get your A-Team together and just show me the bleeping money already!

The price will be going up substantially, as long as thing stop getting worse.
